Shot some macros this weekend.. need help with ID

All shot at Anacapa island in California.

"Coffee Bean Shell" - Claudette called it that. What is this thing? It was about the size of a fingernail.


"Circus Tent Thingie" - I saw a couple of these in the cracks and I thought they were cool. Probably about 1" to 1.5" across

The circus tent thingie looks like a sea cucumber with the tentacles retracted. The coffee bean looks like some kind of cowrie shell (I don't know if you have those there)

Your "coffee bean shell" is the shell of a Trivia californica snail.

I can't figure out what you want ID'd in the second image, either.

I believe he's talking about approximately center-left, the thing in the hole that is red with black windmill-looking stripes.
