Sherwood software incredibly bad, is there an alternative?

so the Sherwood program for setting up the dive computer and downloading/logging dives is incredibly bad, like 1990 Windows 2.1 bad

Subsurface is much better for downloading/viewing dive data, but are there any alternatives for setting up the computer settings?

I know this computer (the Vision) was made by Pelagic, would the Aqualung DiveLog+ work with it?
