Sherwood Oasis Set Up

Hello Everyone!

I'm new to this forum so be nice to me, HA! I just bought a Sherwood Oasis Regulator and am not sure where to attach my Octopus, Gauge Console and Inflator Hose. Does anyone familiar with this reg know which hole is for which accessory?

Generally the answer for this, along with a lot of other stuff (even non-SCUBA), is "if you have to ask, take it to a professional."

That being said, both second stages and the inflator hose attach to the LP ports on the reg - they're all the same side, so put your primary and octo on the right side and your inflator on the left. The SPG ("console") attaches to the only HP port. It should be labeled "HP" and it will only fit into one of the holes.

I have to ask.. didn't you learn about regulators in your OW class?

It's been over three years since my certification and I didn't think this detailed info was listed in the book. Thanks for helping and I totally disagree with your statement about seeking a professional. We would save a lot of money and be a lot smarter if we tried working out our own problems. Besides, what do you consider a "professional?" You're not a professional and you helped me just fine
