I recieved my sherwood oasis today brand new from ebay. Clueless on parts of a regulator but what is the metal piece that comes out right at the mouth piece opening called? Thin hollow metal. Is it where the air comes out? And is there things to look at to make sure it is new? I don't have a tank so I have to wait on pressure testing. I did look at the filter in the first stage and it looks fine.
