Is this just the manifold to connect the valves, or the valves as well?

It comes with the right side, left side and on/off crossover manifold. I am am trying to figure out how to post the pictures. If you are interested PM me your email and I can email you thre pictures . I having issues trying to figure out how to post pictures on this forum.
