So I bought SeaQuest Balance for my wife today and thought I'd get the Sherwood Gemini to replace the inflator hose. The guy who was helping us insisted that the Gemini will not fit the SeaQuest Balance. Any truth to this?

You should also get a longer more flexible corrugated hose with two different end diameters.
Or you could just get Atomic adapter thingos.
Inflator hose runs on the opposite side of the standard stiff corrugated.
Or you could get the complete Seaquest setup.
