Shearwater Petrel EXT (fischer connector), Asking $800 + S & H

I have a Shearwater Petrel EXT (Fishcer connector) that is just over 2yrs old. Has 131 dives recorded on it. Computer has 1 noticeable scratch on the screen protector & a few normal wear & tear scratches. It has been an excellent computer with the latest firmwear v 18.aes update installed on it (has the recreational mode settings). I am going to upgrade my Prism2 to the digital Dive Can, this petrel is analog & would not be compatible with the upgrade. Asking $800 + S & H. I am the computer's 1st & only owner.

Sorry to hijack, but just curious how the DiveCAN issue affects this sort of thing…I would have thought you could still run an analog stand-alone computer since the cells, cable, and Petrel are all separate. What prevents it?

You'll have to ask Bruce Partridge about that. I am no electronic person by any stretch of the imagination. Since the current petrel is analog & the Dive CAN is digital, I am sure there is likely a different interface. From my understanding Shearwater is developing a Petrel that can be added to the dive CAN as another monitoring device. It had not yet been released to full market yet.
