A big thanks to Shearwater for their customer service. You always hear comments about customer service and Shearwater's was always good, but you hope you never need to use it.

I flooded my Perdix in the Galapagos. I emailed Shearwater and within 2 hours a RMA had been arranged. They even offered a loaner.
It was returned to Narked at 90, the Europe service centre who repaired it and returned it in under a week.

A huge thanks to both organisations. The product may not be the cheapest but the customer service is the best.
