 We are looking at a visit to the red sea next summer and we get so much help from members on this site.We looked at a lot of places and it is so hard to pick one,but the one that sticks out is Camel dive. Can anyone help me with this and to help a little, we are a family of three our son who dives is fifteen so we do like a room with space. I like a place with dive shop on site for I really do not like to carry gear every place. My wife loves the beach and to snorkel so a place that we can do this on shore that is not far from the hotel, so if this not a lot to ask any help from people who have been there would be so helpful. Thanks for helping me with this location with endless resorts.

Well,
The majority of diving in Sharm is boat dives so finding a dive shop on site is a bit inapplicable. You have to go to the jetty every day.
However, the good news is that you'll carry your gear only once. The dive op will take care of your gear and you'll find it in place the next day. The dive op will also transfer you to and from the jetty every day. Your wife can snorkel from the boat.

As RSS wrote only few dive op offer shore diving - this is not typical diving in Sharm.

All hotels along the shore have the beach and some reef, so when looking for a hotel check if it has it's own beach (if you have 10 - 15 or something like this minutes of walk it means the hotel is not on the shore).

Mania

Camel is in the Middle of Naama Bay not directly on the beach which is 5 minutes away (100-150 meters) walking if that makes a difference to you. There are many Dive Shops around it and one in it.
