Hi everyone,

I'm new to the forum and signed up to try and get some info about diving near Cocos Islands. My buddy and I are trying to plan a live-aboard trip out there and wanted to know if there was anyone who has done it already. In particular I wanted to know the best times to go and what I could expect price-wise. From what I have read there is a rainy season and a dry season which have pros and cons for each. I would rather see bigger schools of sharks, but don't want to be stuck with waves too big to allow us to dive. If anyone is out there with any info about it, I would love to chat!

Check out the Central America travel forum and see if any of the Costa Rica dive ops on here can help you out. I've been to CR, but not Cocos. CR is a beautiful country.
