Aloha,

My first post on this board. My wife and I are headed to Galapagos in April. We're doing a 5 night cruise April 19-24th and we'll be on land from April 16-19th. I didn't realize that going to Gordon Rocks was limited to days of the week and it seems Tue, Thu, and Sundays are the days. April 17th is sold out everywhere and I obviously can't do a Tue or Sunday as we won't be land based for those days. Shark Bay Diving Center has Seymour Norte and Mosquera on Friday, April 18th and it looks like this is going to have to be my choice. Is Gordon Rocks that much better than those 2 sites? I am bummed about not being able to dive Gordon Rocks, but as long as I see what Shark Bay says I should see, it seems I will get many of the same species, including hammerhead (hopefully). There was one outfit, GalapagosBK Tours who said they can get me to Gordon Rocks on Friday, but when he sent me the invoice, it seemed they were going through Shark Bay, who confirmed they don't dive GR on Fridays. Anyone have experience with GalapagosBK? I just feel the safer, more assured package, is going to be booking Seymour Norte and Mosquera and I figured I'd ask folks here who have done both, am I going to be missing something?

Mahalo!
