OMG. If that's where you're going to tech yourself regulator service, God help you.
Here he removes the hose oring with a steel screwdriver!!!

Here he does the same thing with the balance chamber seal.

And here he digs out the critical poppet shaft seal with a safety pin!!!

While we're at it, let's scratch the sealing surface of the diaphragm with that same steel safety pin.

Unfortunately, gross errors in technique in company videos are not isolated. JJ-CCR divers perusing Vimeo, beware!

I didn't catch that. It's particularly disturbing that it was factory authorized.
