Page 11 of the service manual attached below should get you on the right track. If not, I believe the procedure is similar to the Mares wet cold water kit. I wll have to pull up a service manual from my collection and post it later today.

Look at pages F12 and F13 in the attached manual for the Mares MR22 Extreme....the Supra Arctic should be filled similarly.

Good luck.

Thank you.The idea is to completely submerge the diaphragm to make air bubbles disappear then tighten and remove excess of oil. Should be. Luc Fuster from spirovintage has more information but he can't send it yet.

The below attached US Divers Royal 1st stage service manual has procedures for the Aqualung/US Divers Wet Environmental Chamber using silicone oil. You will find it on the right hand side of page 10. The procedure should be the same for the Spiro Supra Arctic as Spirotechnique was the predecessor of US Divers/Aqualung.

Here is a screen shot of the procedure from the attached manual:

Here is a screen shot from the Conshelf XII Arctic Explorer 1st and 2nd stage Service Manual, that outlines the reassembly/filling of the environmental chamber. Between all the info I have posted to this thread, you should be able to adequatly/confidently refill yours and put it back into service:
