If it helps call Tildens Dive center in marathon, FL, (305) 743-7255. I'm sure they will ship and they just rebuilt my pre-2008 titan regs with parts they have in stock! Their regs that they rent out are the same so they have plenty of them service kits in stock! They rebuilt my first and second stage.

The Titan 1st stage uses the same kit as the Conshelf 1st stage.
Vintage Double Hose may have the 1st stage kits.
2st stage kit No. is 900012--- Legend/Titan LX, Kronos, mikron,Second Stage
1st stage kit No. is 900001
These kits turn up on eBay every so often.
