service kit for a Mares MRIII

I purchased this regulator in 1986, still use it as a back up, but want to service it myself.. I've had success finding my apeks parts service kit, but want to know if a service kit is available for this model. Thanks in advance. Paul

Try ScubaToys.com. They are a Mares dealer, and will sell Mares rebuild kits... give them a call, they may be able to help.

I have these as my primary and octopus, I have never had a problem with them and they breath easy if adjusted right. As far as kits go, I have never done one myself a dive shop did them for me. I guess that I could save a lot of cash by doing them myself.

The Titan/Conshelf/SEA 1st stage kit works well in the MR12 and is probably much easier to find (and cheaper) than the Mares kit.
Flip the seat in the 2nd's and you'll get another (10) year or two out of them.
