Semi dry socks?

Looking for 2mm neoprene socks with smooth skin or the like on the top. My boots are a little loose and I normally wear merrino wool socks but would like to slow down water transfer to my feet when wearing a semi dry suit. I have looked all over online, has anyone seen anything like this?

Not sure about the semi dry socks, but I do know SP makes a semi dry bootie.
