Seeking feedback on Bathy's in Moorea

I'm traveling with a group of friends to FP next month. We'll be in Moorea for 2 days and plan to dive one of the days. We've considered Top Dive but I have concerns based on some posts here and on other forums. Does anyone know about Bathy's Club? They are located at the Hotel Intercontinental on Moorea. Their web site says they are 5 Star PADI, but it concerns me a bit that I am unable to find any forums or other information about them besides their own web site. Thanks. (Also looking for a recommendation for a dive outfit in Bora Bora. Again, not keen on Top Dive)

I dove with them in Moorea about 5 years ago..I thought they were great-(Iwas staying at the hotel)
In BB I stayed at the Pearl Beach and used their outfit Blue Nui I beleive..?No complaints their either...

Prepare yourself for LOTS of sharks!
