MOBBYS is the largest wet suit and dry suit manufacturer in Japan. For more than 50 years, the company has been providing ready-made and tailor-made suits for leisure diving, commercial diving and water sports. We are now looking to expand our activities in the US market.
In this regard, we are now looking for a sales agent to develop and support our products.
SUMMARY:
The Sales agent will be responsible for providing professional sales & marketing support to the main office in Japan for the US market. The candidate must have experience and general knowledge of the diving business. Must be very organized, manage multiple customers and projects. Typical functions would include sales, market research, customer order maintenance, and various follow through activities to support sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales & Marketing support
- Find distributors and manage their accounts
- Maintain a close relationship with Distributors and Dealers.
- Work closely with the office in Japan.
- Market research, benchmarking and business development strategy.
- Explore new business opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Sales and Marketing background
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Knowledge in diving and marine sports industries in US
- Excellent negotiation and communication skill
- Relevant experience in sales & marketing.
- Negotiation and claim-handling skills.
- Positive thinking way and team player.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, customer service skills and computer skills (Pack office). A degree in Business Administration or Marketing. Previous experience in Sales or Marketing. Diving certification is a must. Water sports player is a plus
