Hi Bobby,
Minke Whales are seen along the Ribbon Reefs from May to August - best time June and July.

When are you planning to visit? The 3 boats mentioned above do trips twice a week to the Cod Hole and Ribbon Reefs, then the alternate trip adds an extra day on to sail to the Coral Sea (Osprey etc).
In the middle of Minke Season (as OnTheSpot says best time June-August) Mike Ball run specific Minke Whale spotting trips, but these trips do not usually include the Coral Sea.
