I've been shooting with Canon D40, Ikelite housing, and one Ikelite D160 substrobe and getting some nice shots.

My dive buddy is selling his Ikelite D125 substrobe at a GREAT price.

I'd like to start working with two strobes, but just can't afford a second D160 right now.

I'm a novice, but I believe I can use the D160 as my main and the D125 as a filler. For wide angle, the two strobes are fairly similar in power. I'm guessing it won't be a problem.

Should I buy the D125 or save for a D160. Feedback will be greatly appreciated.

I would definitely get the 125 if the price is good. Two strobes will make your life a whole lot easier and I (and many others) often dive with two different strobes.
