Second stage regulator

ISO a second stage regulator that the hose can runs off the left shoulder and the regulator won't be upside down.. I setting up my pony bottle and the hose will run off the left. Currently looking at a Mares MV. But I'm sure there maybe other models that are changeable from right to left. Thanks
