My boat is 20 years old and after much abuse I decided to reapulster the seats (no one makes anything that I could find to replace them).
I just finished tearing one down. The foam used to be glued onto the wooden backboards however it has long since given up (leading to much of the reason why I am reupholstering them). What do you guys think I could use to glue the foam cushions onto the wooden bases? Whatever they used before it obviously came out of a corking gun. & it obviously failed. It looks like liquid nails.
