I sent Bruce an email months ago about a torn wrist seal on my TX3 and was given a quote, time frame for repairs and an item ID # I believe. Been on the road with a ton of projects for the last 5 months and finally got around to sending the suit to them. Wouldn't you know I get a call from Rich at Seasoft questioning what was to be done in addition to the seal replacement. He suggested both seals and then asked what size my wrists are due to they are custom made per order instead of just slapping on some pre made seals.We also discussed the neck seal and such. As for the pricing, No change!! I love it!!!!! Real contact and no pushy BS!!! I hate tight wrist seals and thought this to be exceptional. THANKS TO SEASOFT and their crew!! Can't wait to get the suit back!!
