Putting phrases surrounded by quote doesn't appear to work.

For example, I enter "portsmouth scuba" but get hits on anything with portsmouth and scuba, instead of just hits on the two word phrase.

Am I doing something wrong or is that just the way it is?

Rather than using the simple search, try doing an advanced search and setting the type to boolean.
