Salutations!

I am looking into incorporating a GoPro into my current photo setup and kindly ask for any advice you may have to send my way :)

At the moment I have: Olympus E-PL1 + PT-EP01 housing // Tray with Single flexible arm // 1x Inon S-2000 strobe. This has been working great for macro photography but now I am looking to going a bit further than that without breaking the bank.

My thoughts are mounting a GoPro Hero 4 Silver on the housing's hot shoe, creating a two arm rig thinking this would allow me to take great macro stills and well lit, GoPro videos.Knowing that I won't be able to sell the E-PL1 + housing for it's real worth when it comes to macro photography, I am inclined to keep it for that purpose. Instead I would sell the Inon S-2000 with the arm and tray, for which I could get a better price, and look for a video light pairing which includes a Wide/Spot light + Wide light.

What video lights would you suggest? I am looking into combining the Sola 1200 (for its option to switch from Spot to Wide, but it's quite pricey) with another less expensive light. Also, I am an adept of the buy once, spend once philosophy but not into buying more than I need.

A Backscatter 3.1 Flip with two filters and a Macromate is also something I am considering, especially if in the end ditching the E-Pl1 altogether is the best option - thus also reducing size, weight, maintenance, batteries, but sacrificing photo quality.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts. Thank you!!!
