This has integrated weight pouches with quick release, and the inflate/dump valve on the vest by the left hand. The vest is designed to allow trim without moving, so no reaching above your head to release air from the hose.
Mine has about 20 dives and still looks brand new. As for size, I'm 6'5 and 280, and I wore this over a 7mm wetsuit without feeling squeezed, so it's great for bigger guys. Asking $250+shipping
