This is turning into a buyer beware lesson. But I have to ask. I bought a used but in great condition Seaquest Infinity regulator for my son.My LDS is saying parts are not available anymore for this model, so I can't have it serviced. Are parts still around for this model, and if so would it be worth fixing?

From what I can remember of this reg it had a balanced piston 1st stage with LP ports on rotating turret. This is the same 1st stage as the US Divers Gulf.
The 2nd stage had a odd triangular purge to the face plate. The 2nd stage is a standard USDivers model with a different face plate.
It mat well be that "Seaquest" no longer supports this reg......but you should also be aware that US Divers/AquaLung are the parent company and there are not many US Divers/AquaLung regulators no longer supported by the company.....but that particular 1st Stage was never very popular. The 2nd stage will be no trouble to get serviced.
