It sounds like you are the same size as me. I wear a 46 suit jacket and it fits great. It has about 25-30 dives on it. It is still available if you are interested in it.

I did buy it new. It is around 5 years old. I have used it in primarily in saltvwater dives.
I always maintain my equipment and it is serviced atleast once a year as well as rinsed with fresh water after every dive. I have around
