Well, though many folks here have had negative reviews of the Sea Life Reefmaster camera, I've got to hand it to their customer service department.

I lost the view finder some dives ago, but lost the screw mount for the strobe while diving with SeaYoda this past October. Well it's getting where I'm ready to use the camera again so I call Pioneer (SeaLifes parent company) to order some new parts for it.

They've got them. I aks how much are they? The customer service rep tells me not to worry about it, she'll send them to me. (free of charge). So I get them today, free, with them paying shipping and everything.

I fully expected to pay for them, but they graciousely shipped them for free.

So way to go Pinoneer/SeaLife!

Just wanted to post a postive review about a recent service experience.

I've always had the same experience with them. They replaced my camera TWICE free of charge (once was a flood, once was a defect). They bent over backwards to make sure that I had everything back to me in time for a dive trip in just a couple of days. Their customer service is the main reason that I upgraded to the DC500 instead of going with another brand.
