I got a new B2 a few months ago and didn't like the mouth piece. I felt like I had to constantly bite down hard to keep it in my mouth. I ordered a Seacure II. It fits perfectly. The molding process is fairly simple. The mouth piece is very long and goes way back into your mouth. At first i gagged because it when in my mouth so deep but according to the instructions i cut away about a quarter inch or so and now it fits like a glove. I haven't tried it in the water but the fit is so much better.
