After SEAC ignored twice our polite e-mails about this issue and did not not bother to even answer, I want to use this platform to warn fellow divers about the dry zippers on the new Masterdry series of semidry suits. We got two suits for testing purposes, since we intended to equip the whole cave exploration team with these. Well made suits, but the zippers failed miserably after less than 10 days of fresh water diving - they literally started to disintegrate. They have been lubricated and have not been subjected to any kind of abuse. Pls. see the attached images.

To my amazement SEAC chose to completely ignore our e-mails about this issue. We are talking about brand new suits... A lot to be desired in the customer service and the quality control departments.
