Nope, it wasn’t that dark in stripes. It was white with brown stripes something like ‎chocolate milk hehe. It was around an arm long. I saw it in the Arab Gulf, specifically in ‎Bahrain seas but I was on the Bahrain sea border near Qatar.‎
