The diffuser and o-rings are easily available from any Sea & Sea dealer....you want new 0-rings, anyway, not used ones.
The YS-D1 ball mount adapter is more difficult; I have never seen one advertised. You might need to just use a YS-to-ball adapter like this one (I assume your strobe already has the YS adapter on it).
