sea and sea replacement camera

I have a sea&sea 8000g and had to replace it due to flooding. I found the recoh camera used by sea&sea for around 300.00 dollars, I bought it online. Sea&sea made it so difficult to replace the camera. I was looking through B&H photo and I saw that you could pre order the replacement camera. More than 650.00 dollars, what a rip-off sea&sea. I guess it's one way to screw divers that bought and had confidence in their products. :no

For 650.00 I think I would rather get a Canon or Olympus and a housing.
