Scubapro Sidemount harness

HI i've been trying to get more info on the sm harness by scuba pro and even the manual that is download able from the website does not give more details.. has any one dived it ? is it a one size fits all, what about small people, or big people ?

any nice videos ? in short i want more info, any one who got some pls share

What did you do about weights? Weight belt only, belt pockets??? I am setting one up for me but can't find much information or options for weight distribution besides the belt weight pockets you can buy separately! Problem is if you use the pockets then it seems it would take away DRing space that you need to adjust tanks around the waist?
