Scubapro Profile 0.5mm - not up to spec?

Hey folks,
Hoping someone from Scubapro can help answer my queries.

I purchased a Scubapro Profile 0.5mm Steamer from an authorised dealer in my country. The picture advertised on the website was Gray/White - As seen in the attached pic1. However when the parcel arrived, the item I got was all black with black lettering for brand name and logo not the white lettering as shown in the pic2. Then the wetsuit is missing on features advertised namely :

1. No Thumb loops and foot stirrups to prevent ride-up
2. No visible Powertex anti-abrasion panels on shoulders and seat of pants
3. No visible silverskin lining on the inside
4. Lastly although this is said to be 0.5mm the material is as thick as my 1.5mm shorty of another brand! In a video review I saw online the material appears to be as floppy as ordinary cloth but this one is taut like a regular wetsuit.

When I enquired with the dealer they said Scubapro had updated the product line for 2022 and it even took them by surprise (they never checked or knew until I reported it to them …heh). I am attaching pics of the suit I got.

Can somebody please help me understand how Scubapro can update its product line and remove the features advertised? And then still continue to advertise the same removed features to sell the product? Or… is this a fake product I received?

The seller offered a return and refund but since the rest of the suits quality and fit appeared to be good, I opted to keep it considering it was the cheapest deal I found anywhere online. However part of me feels tricked and somewhat cheated frankly - I didn’t get what was promised and advertised that I originally paid for…
