Scubapro MK25/S600 regulator, user reviews?

My lds has a good deal on the Scubapro MK/25 S600 regs. I'm really considering getting one. Any user reviews? The lds heard that Scubapro is discontinuing this model. Any reason why they would be dropping this model?

Not much to review. That combo has been a mainstay of SP for many years and is one of the top performers out there.

As long as its 2011 or later model with metal barrel you will get a great reg. Its G250V that is discontinued. Not the S600

Those are my doubles regs. They have been extremely reliable, and superb breathers. My ONLY complaint is that it costs me an arm and a leg to get them serviced, which is why they are being replaced.
