Just wanted to share my 3D printable model of the adjustment tool for Scubapro G500.

I have never used or seen the original tool, but this one works quite well for me. I hope someone will find it useful.

Tak! I was looking to buy one but shipping it from scubatools is a bit prohibitive to Germany
I’ll give this a try on my 250HP/500/600s

That looks very nice! I like the really clean and professional design. But I am curious if there is something about the G500 that requires a model specific tool? [edit] Does this just work on the micro adjustment and not the primary orifice? [/edit]

A few years ago, I made a similar generic 2nd stage adjustment tool that works on most regulators.

Microadjust side, it seals the balanced chamber with the pneumatic anti-set feature
G250HP, g500, 1st gen s600 all had that specific „quirk“ then SP introduced a knob upgrade that eliminated the need for a special tool

Please let me know if you have any suggestions for improvements.
The tool stem is a bit fragile, so I don't recommend printing it in PLA.

Wow, you guys and your inventions, and those machines, just wow!

You might want to try printing it at a 45deg angle in an effort to make the stem stronger. This is often helps with parts like this one.
