That's because he knows I love black covers and would put them on every reg I can. We recently discussed if these would fit the S620, but it seems they fit only the S5XX, S600, R3XX, and R0XX series.

Dumb question for u. Why did you mention about covers/face plates right away? From the pictures the cover seems to be in good shape. I know they changed the cover after 97. Is that what you are referring to?

I like the look and was thinking if I got any, they come up on auction here, would I be able to put nice new plates on them, I'm not that altruistic lol..
