Scubapro G250HP free-flowing. Any adjustments?

I'd like to know if there are any adjustments I can do myself on my G250HP regulators to stop them from free-flowing so easily. Anyone have some pointers? Same for the R-190. Thanks.

You should be able to control the tendency to initiate a freeflow with the breathing resistance knob. You should also be able to reduce the severity of the FF with the VIVA knob. But you still have to control the regs orientation as you enter the water.
