I am one of those who has always had a difficult time finding a mask that fits. Leaks are usually around the outside of the eyes. I could provide a fairly long list of different masks I have owned, tried, or had recommended.
Recently while visiting a dive shop in another town, an employee recommended the ScubaMax MK 173. It is a frameless mask in the medium to large size range. I decided I had nothing to lose and ordered one.
This is without a doubt the best mask I have owned. I guess I didn't prep the lens good enough and had to actually let a little water in to defog it!
I, more than anyone, know not to buy a mask based solely on a review but I just wanted to give a rave where I felt one was due.
