ScubaCore DVDs

Hey y'all,

Has anyone bought or seen the ScubaCore DVDs? Just wondering what folks thought of them and whether they are worth the asking price. Seems like a cool idea if they are well done.

Basically, it's a quarterly DVD "magazine" of dive sites around the world. I'm not affiliated or anything. Just saw it on the web.

This is the first I have heard about them, but I did want to thank you for the link. The dvds do look interesting.

I thought they were ok. It's like watching a Travel Channel show. My personal feeling was that they were too focussed on liveaboards. If you're really into that, it might be ok for you. I would also have preferred less of the interest bits.

In March they didn't have any sample discs. Most magazines will give you a free trial issue. Maybe they've wised up. I would suggest that you try and get a copy adn see if you like it before you subscribe.

For me, info I find online, in brochures and from friends photos, videos and experiences serves better.
