ScubaBoard now has a Manufacturer's Recall Notice Forum

We've created a Manufacturer's Recall Notice forum, in the Equipment Section of ScubaBoard. This is an effort to make a central repository for all of these kinds of notices, so they're easier for you to find.

We think we've moved all of the notices from the past into that forum, but if anyone finds a straggler, then please report it, so a moderator can move it to the new forum.
