scuba venture in French Polynesia

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could help me get more information on starting a dive operation somewhere in French Polynesia. What islands would you recommend? I want somewhere that is accessibel for divers, yet not commercial and overcrowded with excellent diving or excellent diving relatively close. Also, does anyone know who I could talk to in French Polynesia about getting this business off the ground? ALso, who I could talk to about getting a boat and some real estate?
