Scuba travel agency/tour operator needs a part-time reservations agent for weekday mornings in our office in Honolulu, Hawaii. Experience in the travel industry a plus. Interact with fun, mostly gay & lesbian scuba divers, by phone and e-mail in a casual atmosphere in a small office where your organizational help will make a big impact.
Job Requirements:
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience using QuickBooks to create invoices and receive payments a plus
Excellent organizational skills
Attention to detail
Knowledge of geography
Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency
Perfect grammar and spelling
Scuba diver (no professional rating required - this is an office job)
