All I can think about is getting wet! When will the next dive be? My boat or yours? What will my dive plan be? How can I improve my trim? Should I add a couple of pounds to my rear pockets? Should I use Air-2 or take Detroit's suggestion? Should I just sell everything I own and open a dive shop in Key West? Should I cave dive? Should I upload a photo of Uncles Pug's boat into photoshop and make fun of him by painting it pink?

I can't take it anymore .................!

Young man -- I hate to tell you, but you have contracted the dreaded condition "gotta-dive-soon". I regret, that there is no known cure, so it it best to enjoy every moment you have.

hehehe welcome to the club!

(but don't make fun of the others... you never know when you'll meet them and want to dive)

Pink's good! In fact I was thinking about giving it a special 60s paint job since my shade of green is no longer unique on the dock!

But I haven't quite figured out how to tie-dye a boat yet. :D

Yeah, It's ruining my life too. I am losing non diving friends over the fact that am harassing them to learn to dive, or I am asking their opinions on dive equipment (like they know a regulator from a weight belt.) or whining about not diving. I am really a horrible person to be around right now. I was reading dive training at work today and one of my co-workers came in and said "what are you reading... oh... never mind... stupid question" I even stayed up until 2:30 in the morning when I had to be up at 5 watching a TV show because the guy was diving in Hawaii. Someone should have warned me about this problem before I got started. I mean they have say no to drug commercials, and the surgeon general has warnings on cigarettes, when was the last time you saw a warning on the cover of a dive mag. "caution. This sport has been known to take over your life. Prolonged diving can lead to obsessive behavior." No one mentioned this before hand, now it's too late. I'm addicted. Maybe I can sue the dive shop for not warning me and forcing me to spend tons of money on a habit they created?

I havn't been in the water for several weeks and if I don't make it in this weekend, It will be at LEAST 2 more weeks before I can get the time to go!

I'm getting fidgity... AAaahhhhrrrrrggggghhhhh!

My roomate looks at me funny when I wander around the apartment in my BC.

I'm ADJUSTING it and I gotta make sure it's right. Yah... Maybe he'll believe that...

I thought I'm the only person with this kind of problem :D, u pple too... :D

For my case, I can only dive once a month, thus during my "surface interval" one can really see how restless I am and all I can think of is diving and all I can do is PLANNING for my next trip . .. and looking forward it . Talking abt that, I'm going diving the week after next..

The thought of that sure make me really happy :bounce:
