Hey all. So I thought I'd combine two of my loves poetry and Scuba. Or rather Haiku and Scuba. For those who don't know Haiku is a Japanese form of poetry. It is in fact one of the most important form of traditional japanese poetry. Haiku is, today, a 17-syllable verse form consisting of three metrical units of 5, 7, and 5 syllables.

Example:
An old pond!
A frog jumps in —
the sound of water.

Some might say it's sort of minimalist , but I feel it forces the reader to fill in the imagery and details.
Anyway here's one of my favorites (My own) :crafty:
Does anyone have any poems of their own?

Silvery Bubbles Rise
Clouds of the sea are born
They dance in the light

Can one of the mods remove one of the threads. I seem to have posted it twice, thanks.
