I did your survey. There is one question which makes no sense at all (about the new diver) and one where multiple options ought to be allowed (who trained you). Several questions really need the wording cleaned up.

Yea I know have got some feedback from people. My english is not the best. Because English is not my main language. I will be updating this survey up tonight.
