Hi guys!

I've been snorkeling for over 20 years now, but finally have time and money to go for a scuba diving certificate.

Can somebody recommend and share their experiences with scuba diving centers in Cuba, namely Havana and Cienfuegos? Is there something in particular I should be aware of, some center I should avoid?

Please advise.
