Scuba Club for families

Hello to all you fellow divers, I am hoping to find some info on "how to get a scuba club for families" up and running. I work for a dive company in the office and we would like to get a club together as we have families that are interested who have young divers starting from the age of 8yrs (scuba Rangers) and we can provide the the legal instructors for this age. Liabilities shouldn't be a problem as our company and other that we provide instructors on have this insurance, liabilities, waivers and that sort of thing. Any suggestions please as I'm new at this and my 11yr old daughter & I love to dive together. I shore there is many more out like myself.

Do you want it to be more of a promote diving or promote certifications kind of club? Most of the successful dive clubs I've seen have monthly meetings with guest speakers or photo/video workshops somewhere fun like a pizza place, then a trip or two a month as well. Instructors may offer discounted courses to members and dive shops frequently offer a discount as well.
